RETURN POLICY

Free trial within 60 days

This policy only applies to Drive series purchased directly from the official website (www.elite-wheels.com).
For the Drive series purchased directly from the official website, we provide a 60-day free return service without any reason. If you use this policy, you can enjoy a full refund of the purchase price.
From the day receiving the product, customers can contact customer service on our official website or through email: service@www.go-proe.com within 60 days to enjoy the no reason to return service.
The freight and customs duties incurred by using this policy for returning goods shall be borne by the customer. Please confirm the specific amount with our customer service.
For products returned using this policy, please make sure that the returned products and accessories are complete and properly packaged to ensure that re-sales will not be affected.
Products returned using this policy must be sent back to the original place of shipment. Please contact customer service to obtain the specific address. Within 7 working days after the product is returned, Elitewheels staff will arrange to refund the actual amount paid by the customer after confirming that the wheels do not affect the second sales.

ORDER AMENDMENT
OR CACELLATION POLICY

Our order amendment policy applies when all or part of a purchase is canceled, whether the payment is partially or fully made, but BEFORE the item ships.
A cancellation made after the product has shipped is treated as a “return” with all applicable fees. Please refer to our Product Return Policy.
A purchase may not be altered or canceled without Elitewheels authorization. If and when authorized, 15% of the purchase valuemay be charged to cover re-stocking and operational costs.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE
OR LOSS OF SHIPMENT

1 If you receive a product with damaged packaging, inspect the items carefully for damage. If there is no damage, sign for the product. If there is damage, report this on the delivery slip or, alternatively, refuse the shipment and it will return to Elitewheels . If a claim is made against the shipping company, they will provide a compensation number. Please inform Elitewheels of this number for delivery tracking. Arrangements for reshipment will be made within 10 business days upon receiving the returned package.
2 If the items are damaged but accepted and not reported, there is no recourse against the delivery company and you are responsible for purchasing any replacement product.
3 If the package is in good condition, but the product is significantly damaged during shipment, please keep the waybill, packaging, etc. and contact us within 7 days after the delivery.
