FEATURE:
The wheel weight of PRO28 is very competitive, only 1203g, front wheel 556g, rear wheel 677g. Such an excellent weight can have a good explosive power in the XC competition.
If you like to run downhill in a marathon and also like uphill, MTB PRO28 wheels are perfect for you.
The inner rim is 22mm wide and supports the use of 1.9”-2.3” tires.
The rim uses hookless technology, and Carbon fiber flows continuously over the bead area to provide the best impact resistance and a significant strength increase compared to a clincher rim.
With the 2.6mm offset of PRO28, the spoke tensions on the driving side and the non-driving side are similar, which effectively improves the riding stability and the accuracy of cornering.

RIMS
The rims air bladders are made from a special material which produces smoother walls, result in a lighter rim, and are completely removed without harsh chemicals. They are removed through the valve hole with a unique process so that the rim does not have to be patched like traditional manufacturers use. This significantly improves the strength of the rims.
Each rim carries its own layup schedule documents which are followed meticulously by the layup workers. Our Engineering team creates a unique fiber orientation which amplifies the desired riding characteristics for a given rim.

RIM TYPE
The rim is asymmetrical,The profile allows for equalized spoke tension which creates a stronger wheel that stays true.
Using Toray T700 and T800 carbon fiber. Use T800 in the position of the spoke hole to increase the stretch resistance, and use T700 on the side of the rim to increase the resistance The best strength to weight ratio with no expense spared.
The small ridges on either side of the drop channel help secure tubeless tires in place. The bead lock makes it easier to seal up tubeless tires with a floor pump, and they are incredibly hard to burp.

The front and rear hubs are made of 7075 aluminum alloy material, the freebody is ratchet system, standard with 36 teeth, lightweight design.
The front and rear hubs use Taiwan TPI bearings.front hub Quick release and 15×100 through axle compatible, 15*110mm boost axle.Rear hub Quick Release and 12×142 compatible.12*148mm boost aslo.The freebody can choose SHIMANO ,MICRO SPLINE,SRAM XD.
Standard use 6 bolt disc, also can choose center lock disc.

Standard use SAPIM CX RAY spokes.both front and rear wheels use 2x cross lacing.hand-built wheel.each spoke has 16 times tension releases.the deflection of the wheel is guaranteed to be within 0.2mm.
