BWT is an innovative wheel set, it has a number of performances such as stability, multi-function, fast speed and bursting. Ideal for climbing and multi-purpose roads or gravel.
BWT is an undulating wheel rim, ranging from 42mm-45mm. This is a design more in line with the principles of aerodynamics, thereby reducing aerodynamic drag and improving stability in crosswinds.
When you go downhill quickly on a winding mountain road, you can control your steering more easily. BWT wheels will bring you a faster and more confident riding experience.
At the same time, the undulating rim shape also plays a crucial factor in the side rigidity of the rim. Therefore, the side strength of the BWT is 17% higher than that of the ordinary shape of the rim. This means that BWT disc45 has better spoke tension performance and higher power transmission value.

RIMS
BWT wheels use a hybrid of Toray carbon fiber T800 and T1000. Therefore, in the undulating shape of BWT, the best carbon fiber stacking method is achieved according to the strength requirements of different positions.
The special undulating shape of the BWT is the best optimization solution for aerodynamics. Both the front wind break and the side wind resistance have been brought into play to the best value. The 28mm rim also optimizes the rolling coefficient of the tire as much as possible.
The outer width of 28mm can adapt to a variety of tires from 700*25C to 700*33C.
BWT DISC 45 Hub
HUB
The front and rear hubs are made of 7075 aluminum alloy material, the freebody is ratchet system, standard with 36 teeth, lightweight design.
The front and rear hubs use Taiwan TPI bearings, front hub Quick release and 12×100 through axle compatible, rear hub Quick Release, 12×142 and 12×135 compatible.The freebody can choose SHIMANO or SRAM XDR.
Spokes
SPOKES
Standard use SAPIM CX RAY spokes，both front and rear wheels use 2x cross lacing，hand-built wheel，each spoke has 16 times tension release. The deflection of the wheel is guaranteed to be within 0.2mm.
For each pair of BWT wheels, we will give extra gifts: a pair of skewer,tubeless valve,tubeless rim tape and extra spokes.

BWT uses Elitewheels’ TRD technology to make it easier to install tires, it is tubeless compatible.We design an R angle, the rounded edge makes tire installation easier and offers increased support during hard cornering with a softer edge and larger surface area.
