To make your wheels look cool, you have new options. UD X Weave grain is available now. We overlap the carbon fiber cloth in an X shape to produce the wheel that makes your bike shine in the sun.
Not just for aesthetics, these carefully woven layers of carbon fibers are designed to overlap evenly over the spokes holes, which makes the tensile strength of the spoke holes increase by 6% and hold up to 380kgf. The appearance of UD X Weave make the rim stronger and safer. Based on the technology of Elitewheels, this look does not add weight to the wheels.
Currently UD X Weave is limited to wheels with an inner width of 19.5mm, with both rim brake and disc brake available and matte and highlight to choose from.
This means it works on the following models:
Drive 40V, Drive 50V, SLT 40V, SLT 50V, SLT 40D, SLT 50D, KING 40V, KING 50V, KING 40D, KING 50D
