How Much Sealant Do I Need For My Tires And How Often Do I Need To Replenish It?

The amount of sealant required for tubeless tires depends on the width of the tire. As a rule, there should be enough sealant to cover the inside of the tire wall and leave a small puddle on the bottom of the tire.
When installing a tire to use a wheel, we use the following measurements as a basic guide.(Note: you can use more as necessary)

23mm tire – 30ml
25mm tire – 40ml
28mm tire – 50ml
32mm tire – 60ml
35mm tire – 70ml
40mm tire – 80ml

Sealants are water-based and will dry out eventually. We recommend replenishing sealants every 2 to 3 months depending on weather conditions. If the weather is very hot or the wheels are stored in a warm place, then you may need to replenish the sealants more frequently.

It’s worth reminding again that all of Elitewheels and Drive series are tubeless compatible.
