If you want to have a custom graphic, we can create and install your design on the rims. Custom graphics/decal are applied after the rim sanding process and then covered with matte or glossy clear coat. This makes the graphics/decal more durable, however they are not removable. For the custom graphics/decal, please email us the details.

Yes, our goal is to provide extremely high quality carbon wheels and services through careful quality control and parts selection.

We accept several methods of payment included wire transfer, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Western Union. Please contact us for the details.

The order will be processed within 1-2 working days, and will be sent out from Monday to Friday(except holidays). Orders placed successfully before 1:00 pm EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day.
We will deliver within 3 working days if rims or wheel sets are in stock. Normally we have some stocks.
If there is no stock, we will produce new wheel sets and deliver within 7-12 working days.

We accept the following payment methods. Paypal (account: tonytong@xmcarbon.cn)，bank transfer，Western Union and credit card. For PayPal payment, extra 3.5% fees will be charged. For other payment methods except PayPal, please contact us for instructions.

Normally, we deliver the products through EMS directly. It takes 10-30 working days for your parcel to arrive. If you want to use faster shipping method, such as DHL, FedEx and UPS, please contact us and you may need to pay extra shipping fees.

We will use DPD shipping method for all European Union countries, which is tax paid in advance. All the customers in EU countries needn’t pay the custom duties. For customers outside the EU, all the taxes and custom duties are borne by themselves. To ensure the minimum or no custom duties, we will help declare low value”gift/sample bike rims”. We can make penny invoice to help you with the custom clearance and reduce your tax. If you have any specific requirements, please contact us via emails. We will try our best to help solve your problems.
We also work with a shipping company that provides pre-payment of taxes. If you have interests, please contact us directly.

Your rims will be packaged and protected carefully to ensure they are in good conditions. If the parcel you receive has obvious shipping damage, please refuse to sign for it.Then the parcel will be returned to Elitewheels, we will produce new products for you or arrange a refund.
If you find the shipping damage after signing, please contact us immediately. We will help you solve the problem as soon as possible. If shipping damage occurs, please keep all the packaging and paperwork of the order.

All the products on our website come with a return and money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the products you receive or the products do not conform the description, please contact us to discuss a solution. We take the customer satisfaction seriously and will solve the problem as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with the solution, you can request a refund by opening PayPal dispute in PayPal.

We accept customized paintings or logos. You just need to send the picture to us via email or describe what you want. Then we can produce as you wish. Pictures will be sent to you for confirmation before delivery.
